SWE++

SWE++ offers young kids the opportunity to learn computer programming as well as expose them to the broader field of engineering. The program feature two 2-hour sessions in both the Fall semester and Winter semester, allowing for in-depth learning and hands-on experience. Held on North Campus at the University of Michigan, our committee creates a thoughtful curriculum, teaching Python and covers topics that include variables, loops, conditionals, lists, and dictionaries. Students will learn through a combination of lecture slides and project work time.

Although the Fall sessions are full, the same sessions will be held again in the Winter. If you have any questions or would like to be added to our email list, please reach out to Grace and Prisha at swe.swenext@umich.edu.
