Scout Out Engineering Day

The Society of Women Engineers at the University of Michigan is hosting two Scout Out Engineering (SOE) Days for Fall 2023!
SOE Day 1
Who: Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors
When: Sunday October 1st, 2023 from 10 AM to 2 PM
Where: University of Michigan’s North Campus
At SOE Day 1, scouts will earn the STEM Career Exploration Badge by reflecting on their STEM interests, touring campus, and interacting with current College of Engineering students.
SOE Day 2
Who: Brownies and Juniors
When: Sunday October 15th, 2023 from 10 AM to 2 PM
Where: University of Michigan’s North Campus
At SOE Day 2, scouts will earn both the Cybersecurity Investigator and STEM Career Exploration Badges by engaging with online safety activities, learning about STEM fields and engineering disciplines, and interacting with SWE volunteers.
Cost: Both SOE Days are free of charge and will provide lunch to participants and parents.
